Selling Your Home?
Our pre-listing inspection can help you prepare your home for a professional
inspection. We inspect your house with you, review our findings, and
prepare a report. This way you know in advance what the professional
inspector will be evaluating in your house. We will discuss options
to correct any deficiencies, and provide general tips to properly prepare
your house for an inspection. An optional follow up inspection will
detail all repair work done and provide you with an updated report.
A pre-listing inspection by Accurate Home Inspections shows potential
buyers that you have gone “the extra mile” to have your
home in the best possible condition. Our report will be on hand when
you show the house, and we will be happy to answer any questions for
your buyers to assist you in the sale.
A report prepared by Accurate Home Inspections adheres to the standards of practice of the National Association of Home Inspectors. Our Accurep reporting system provides onsite computerized narrative reports. Summaries of defects or areas of concern, as well as a limited report of major systems and components, is available for immediate onsite delivery. This reporting system is flexible and specific to the property inspected. Each report is unique; we do not try to fit your property into a preprinted checklist form.
For added convenience, we can fax or email your report to your home or office. In addition, you'll be given a UserID and Password at time of inspection that allows you to access the Customer Logon section of our website to view your report online. There is no additional charge for this service.

- Interior, including floor coverings, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and hardware
- Features unique to each individual property
