Paul J. Nagalski founded Accurate Home Inspections (AHI) in 1991 based
on his past inspection career, construction experience, and certification
as a New York State building and code enforcement officer. The company's
goal is to provide high quality professional inspection services in the
Western New York area.
Paul has been a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) since 1991. In addition, he has earned the Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI) designation. While serving on the Board of Directors at NAHI for 7 years, Paul was elected as Vice President and President. He has also served as chairman of the NAHI membership committee during his tenure in office.
AHI offers competent home inspectors to provide inspections for all parties involved in a convenient manner. To further his mission, Paul founded Accuspect, a second company, in 1999 to expand inspection services to the greater Rochester area. Paul has recently recruited additional independent inspectors for the AHI network. AHI anticipates future growth of their network in the Western New York.

George Feldmann, CRI, has been an independent inspector with Accurate
Home Inspections for over 5 years. He is a member of NAHI and the Western
New York Council of Home Inspectors. He has over 25 years of experience
with construction, home remodeling, building maintenance, and repair.
George also has an extensive background in commercial construction, renovation,
and drainage excavation. He attends numerous relevant seminars to remain
current with the building maintenance and home inspection fields.
Gene Degman

Gene Degman, CRI, joined the Accurate Home Inspections Network in 2001. Gene
has been a health department inspector since 1974. His relevant inspection
experience includes housing maintenance, fire safety, plumbing, private
sewage facilities and water supplies. In 1989, Gene became a New York
State certified building and code enforcement officer and has been working
in the field since 1991. He is a member of NFBIA (Niagara Frontier Building
Inspectors Association), ICBO (International Conference of Building Officials),
and NAHI. Gene is presently working toward his CRI designation.
Bill Jones

Bill Jones has had over 30 years in the construction and remodeling business. He has had extensive experience with older buildings, finding and solving problems for the homeowner. He has also worked from the ground up in new construction, including all phases of structure, electrical, plumbing and heating.
Bill has been an educator for most of his life, teaching area youth, hands on vocational skills. This experience translates into ability to help the perspective home buyer understand the strengths and weaknesses of their new home.
