Purchasing A Home?
A professional inspection is an inspection by a non-involved third party,
who objectively judges the overall condition of your prospective new
home. Whereas the average home buyer may feel uncomfortable, the professional
inspector is trained to perform a more in-depth evaluation of the property.
We encourage you to accompany the inspector and participate
in your inspection. By doing so, you not only gain insight
into the condition of the home, but learn operational procedures and
maintenance tips
as well. Your inspection report provides a valuable tool in completing
your real estate transaction.
Most contracts include a home inspection contingency clause which allows time (usually up to five days) for the completion of a satisfactory home inspection. Contact us at your convenience to arrange for an inspection. We will be there when you need us (usually within 24 hours). We are always available to return your call promptly.
At Accurate Home Inspections our service does not end with your inspection. We are always available in the future to answer any questions that may arise. We are only a phone call or email away!
Your Report
A report prepared by Accurate Home Inspections adheres to the standards
of practice of the National Association of Home Inspectors. Our
Accurep reporting system provides onsite computerized narrative reports.
Summaries of defects or areas of concern, as well as a limited
report
of major
systems and components, is available for immediate onsite delivery.
This reporting system is flexible and specific to the property
inspected. Each report is unique; we do not try to fit your property
into a
preprinted checklist form.
For added convenience, we can fax or email your report to your home or office. In addition, you'll be given a UserID and Password at time of inspection that allows you to access the Customer Logon section of our website to view your report online. There is no additional charge for this service.

- Roof and ventilation
- Attic construction and ventilation
- Type and conditions of windows
- Exterior doors and hardware
- Basement or crawlspace
- Foundation and drainage
- Framing materials and condition

- Plumbing components
- Electrical system
- Interior, including floor coverings, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and hardware
- Features unique to each individual property
